Accreditation and Designation
Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Interstate Postgraduate Medical Association (IPMA) and MedEdRules, LLC (MER). IPMA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
IPMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses
IPMA is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number 6971, for 2.4 contact hours. Each person should retain their certificate for four years after the course has been completed.
RNs outside of California must verify with their licensing agency for approval of this course.
