Method of Participation:
This online activity should take approximately 1 hour to complete. The participant should:

  1. Read the objectives and other CME/CE information.
  2. Listen to the audio while viewing the slides.
  3. Take the post-test. The link is located on the activity. The evaluation on the post-test site provides you with the opportunity to comment on the extent to which the educational needs were met, the quality of the instructional process, the perception of enhanced professional effectiveness, the perception on commercial bias, and your view on future educational needs.
  4. Participants who complete the post-test and evaluation will be issued a CME/CE certificate, which may be printed at their location. A database of certificates awarded online is maintained at the Dannemiller Foundation. No additional certificate will be mailed.
